Shipping

All the products are free shipping, you do not need to pay shipping fee for your order.

Normally we will ship the orders to you within 3 business days by DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, 4PX, DPD,Post, depending on your local policy, normally it needs about 10-25 days to you, actual shipping days are determined by the logistics provider. 

After we ship the order, we will tell you the track number, send the declaration details of the parcel to your email, when the parcel arrives, please help to assist its Customs clearance.

We will continue to track the parcel, if there is any update, we will tell buyers as soon as possible.

 

Tax

International buyers are responsible for brokerage fees, import duties, GST, PST, QST, or any other tariff, levy or fee. Our prices do not include such fees.

 

European Countries Free VAT & Tariff Service

For below European coutries, we will use UPS to ship and pay tax when shipping, so buyers don't need to pay any tax:

UK, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland.

 

Return
We have 7-Day No Reason Return Policy, if you need, you can return your order to local return warehouse in your country.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For rigid endoscopes, after disinfection use, we can not accept its return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sumvenus.com, or chat with our online customer service. If your return is approved, you need to download the return shipping table and send it to the local return warehouse. After your parcel is received and checked, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 3 business work days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
