Warranty & Repair

sumvenus (“Seller”)  expressly warrants to all purchasers (“Buyer”) of all new products that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which are discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations of the Statement.  This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation and testing, improper care, unauthorized repair and modification, or abnormal operations.

Warranty Period

  • 6 months. Warranty Period starts after the order date, cannot be changed.

 

Warranty content

  • For rigid endoscopes, if you accidentally fell and broken it, we provide 2 times warranty repair, only for the replacement of rigid endoscope rodlens.
  • For optical fibers, warranty repair excludes artificial damage, Light source temperature too high, power too high than its designed resistance.
  • For rigid endoscopes, optical fibers and endoscope instruments, we need buyers to ship them to our factory, we will open it and survey them, normally warranty repair will be finished in 7 business days.
  • For examinations lights, headlamps, magnifiers, light source, issues will be located by videos, we need to you to send products issue videos to us. After issues is located by our prodcuts engineer, we will ship the replacement part to you in 7 business days.

 

Out of Warranty Repair

Professional factory repair service is provide. Especially for our store customers, repair only charge material fee, return shipping fee without labor fee.

 

    Guidance

    1. Please  wite an email to to our customer service team: support@sumvenus.com, the email inclues: product NO., issue videos.

    2. After our customer service team check the email, warranty repair or paid repair will be provide to you, includes repair fee("paid repair") , repair time. Then we will provide our factory receipt address, product declaration information for shipping, buyers also need to provide his receipt address.

    3. For rigid endoscopes, optical fibers and endoscope instruments, buyers need to ship them to our factory and provide the track number to us, please use the Customs declaration information we provide. If inappropriate declaration cause high tax to us, we will reject the parcel.

    4. Normally our factory will finish repair in 7 business days, we will ship repaired product to buyers and provide the track number to buyers.

    5. Repair verification and status is tracked in the email.
