7-Day No Reason Return Policy

Enjoy a risk-free shopping experience with sumvenus! You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, with no reason required.

With our 7-Day No Reason Return Policy, there are no questions asked. Whether it's due to an issue with the product (such as receiving an item that is not as described or other quality issues) or simply because you've changed your mind (buyer's remorse), you can reach out to us for a return. Under normal processing times, you can expect a refund within 3 business days after we have processed your claim (excluding exceptional logistics cases).

Guidance

1. Just simply write an email with your order number to our customer service team: support@sumvenus.com, or chat with our online customer service.

2. Our customer service will verify your return and approve it, then you can apply for return in your order details in our store, after you submit it, you will see the return shipping label and the address of nearby return warehouse in your country.

3. Please package all the items well, print the shipping label to paste it on the parcel, then send it to the return warehouse. You can track the shipping and verification status of their returns in your order details.

4.After the logistics warehouse receive and survey the parcel, sumvenus will confirms the survey result, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and will be returned using the original payment method, which cannot be changed.


Terms & Conditions

  • Return Period: You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt (according to the logistics tracking updates), with no reason required.
  • Return Conditions: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, the items must not affect secondary sales.
  • Return Shipping Label: We provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for each return application. There is no additional charge for our return service.
  • Return Shipping Period: If the return warehouse does not receive the parcel within 30 days, your refund will be closed. So please help to send the return parcel to local return warehouse as soon as possible.
  • Refund Amount: We will refund 90% of the total amount of your order.
  • Order Eligibility: Orders above $1000 are not eligible for this return policy. To be eligible, you can split the order into several smaller orders.
  • Eligible Countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Japan, Korea, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Brazil, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico.
